     Want to become a member of the Japanese American Citizens League?
     There are several types of memberships to the JACL: Full membership
     (Regular, Thousand/Century/Millennium Club, Couple/Family, 
     Youth/Student) and local chapter booster membership. 

     Membership Dues:                         
     Regular $60                                  
     Couple/Family $105                                           
     Youth/Student $25                                            
     Booster $20    
     Thousand Club $100 (Life $3000)
     Century Club $175 (Life $5000)
     Millennium Club $1000                                          

     Sign up for a membership by downloading, completing, and mailing the PDF form.

     Membership Forms
     There are two membership forms: Regular (includes Individual, Thousand, Century
     Millennium Club, Couple/Family, and Student), and Booster. Please be careful to choose 
     the correct form. On the regular membership form please list New England as the chapter.
